REFUND OF THE SERVICE
To return the funds, you need to write a refund application in a free form with the application details. The refund is carried out in the same way as the payment was made. The transferred funds will be refunded to your bank account within 5-30 business days. Cash refunds are made in the country complex "Zaostrovye".
If the Customer refuses the paid services for accommodation in the Complex for reasons not related to the fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations, the Contractor returns the paid amount to the Customer with the deduction of the penalty (Article 330 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) in the following amounts:
- - from 20 to 11 days before the arrival date-15% of the cost of services is deducted;
- - from 10 to 5 days before the arrival date-40% of the cost of services is deducted;
- - from 4 to 2 days before the arrival date-80% of the cost of services is deducted;
- - less than 2 days before the arrival date-100% of the cost of services is deducted;
- - if the Customer does not use the paid services due to the Customer's fault, the paid funds will not be refunded.
Consent to the processing of personal data
I hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Law), give my consent to ZAOTUR LLC, location: Leningrad region, Volkhovsky district, der. Zaostrovye, Beregovaya str., 20, pom. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the Company), represented by its authorized employees and other persons engaged by the Company, to process all my personal data specified in the application by any means, including by third parties, including reproduction, electronic copying, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, as well as the above-mentioned processing of my other personal data obtained as a result of their processing, in order to:
- - room reservations;
- - conclusion and execution of contracts in my favor;
- - participation in the Company's bonus program;
- - sending funds to pay for the ordered services;

- - for other purposes related to the provision of services by the Company.
I have been warned that the processing of personal data is carried out by the Company on paper and electronic media with and without the use of automation tools.
This consent is given for a period of 10 (ten) years. After the expiration of the specified period, the consent is considered to be extended for every next 10 (ten) years, provided that the Company does not have information about its revocation.
I can withdraw my consent by submitting a written application to the Company. I am notified that in the cases and within the time limits established by Law, the Company will destroy the relevant personal data, with the exception of personal data, the further processing of which is the responsibility of the Company established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

USER AGREEMENT
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

2. BOOKING. CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION.
- 2.1. To make a reservation, the user must fill out an online booking form on the website. The user assumes full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the personal data entered by him.
- 2.2. The booking confirmation will be sent to the email address specified in the booking form immediately after placing the order. It is recommended to print it out and save it before arriving at the ZAOSTROVYE Country Club.
- 2.3. After the completion of the booking procedure, changes cannot be made.
3. PAYMENT
- 3.1. Payment for the reserved room (s) can be made online by card. The entire amount of the reservation is paid.
- 3.2. Payment is made in rub. yah.

4. ROOM RATES.

5. RESPONSIBILITY
- 5.1. By placing an order through the booking form, you agree to the text of this Agreement.
- 5.2. The User may be any natural or legal person who is able to accept and pay for the service ordered by him in the manner and under the conditions established by this Agreement, on the territory of the Russian Federation.
- 5.3. The administration of the ZAOSTROVYE Country Club reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.
